Accounting Manager/Director - Heavy Remote

Kforce's client, a global professional services company, is seeking an Accounting Manager/Director. This role involves month-end close, financial statement preparation, process improvement, financial reporting, consolidations, account analysis, technical accounting, and some FP&A. The position offers a heavy work-from-home schedule and focuses on growth and M&A, with exposure to AI and RPA in a forward-thinking accounting department. The ideal candidate will also develop and mentor the accounting team.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
